1. No Direct Refund Policy

We do not provide direct refunds once a product has been sold and delivered.

However, we do offer product exchange under specific conditions mentioned below.

2. Exchange Policy (Only for Defective or Damaged Products)

We offer exchange only if:

  • The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • You provide proper unboxing proof (video evidence).

  • The request is made within 48 hours of delivery.

We do not accept exchange requests after 48 hours of delivery.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To request an exchange, you must:

  • Record a clear and continuous video while opening the parcel.

  • The video must start before opening the package.

  • The package label and condition must be clearly visible.

  • The video must show the defective/damaged product clearly.

4. Exchange Approval Process

Once we receive your email:

  1. Our team will review the video and details.

  2. If approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same product.

  3. The replacement product will be shipped after verification.

Please allow 3–5 business days for review and processing.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection by customer

  • Minor color variations (due to lighting or screen differences)

  • Used or worn products

  • Astrology/spiritual results dissatisfaction

6. Shipping for Exchange

  • Customers may be required to return the defective product.

  • If the defect is verified, we will guide you through the return process.

  • Exchange shipping terms will be communicated after approval.
